The Right Loan for Every Borrower

There’s many different loans for each borrower’s situation. Real estate investors even in the toughest situations, such as self-employed entrepreneurs, small business owners and W-2 employees can take advantage of some of these loans. 

Fast50 Loan

The Fast50 Loan is for investors with a poor credit history, including those with a bankruptcy, or derogatory mortgage history. These loans are a low LTV (loan- to- value) ratio, and have easy credit requirements. They can be used for multifamily, mixed use, commercial and investor 1-4 properties.

ARV Pro Loan

An ARV (As Repaired Value) Pro Loan is ideal if the borrower is looking for a short term, interest-only solution, such as fix and flip investors, who buy a home to repair and resell usually within a year. This loan allows borrowers to finance the home improves, and help with a quick close on a property. It does have a higher LTV than other loan types, and can only be used on Investor 1-4 properties.

FlexPerm Loan

As a simple, flexible loan with longer terms, this is an ideal option for simple refinancing or purchasing as an alternative to hard money loans. They are based on the property value, not personal income, and are great options for high risk borrowers, such as self-employed or W-2 investors. They’re available for Investor 1-4, mixed use, multifamily or commercial properties.
